2018 Parent Auxiliary Holiday Market
The 2018 PA Holiday Market will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 2:30 p.m.– 5:30 p.m.
Booths can be secured by a $75 tax deductible donation to Cornerstone Christian Academy, to benefit the Parent Auxiliary Teacher Grant Program. (Early bird pricing, $50, until 9/21/18.)
All applications must be received by October 19, 2018, and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Spaces will be limited to a maximum of 30 vendors.
Your booth reservation includes:
One six-foot display table
Marketing to the school and greater community
The market will feature up to 30 CCA family vendors, a wrapping station, and refreshments in an effort to support our CCA community businesses and entrepreneurs. If you would like to reserve a booth, please download an application below and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org by October 19.
Terms and Conditions:
Electricity will not be provided to avoid safety hazards
You will need to provide your own table cover
No open flame products will be allowed
No alcohol or firearms are allowed on school property
You are responsible for setting up your booth between 1:30-2:30p.m. the day of the event
All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area, disposing of any debris, and leaving the area as they found it.
All booths must be broken down by 6:30 p.m. on 11/30/18.
It is the sole responsibility of the applying vendor to have a valid business license and tax id number for the services and/or products sold at the Holiday Market.
Your application hereby acts as an agreement to release and hold harmless from all liability Cornerstone Christian Academy for property being exhibited and from any personal injury claims that might arise as a direct result of the vendor’s property being exhibited or sold at the Holiday Market.
Vendor hereby waives, releases, and discharges any and all claims for damages: for personal injury, death, or property damages that may have occurred or which may have accrued as a result of activity at the Holiday Market.
